Kristen Gasior, CMO and head of e-commerce, is one of the original team members at Balsam Brands and started at the company as an intern during graduate school in 2007. Gasior first focused on performance marketing in addition to a plethora of other initiatives. She now oversees all marketing, e-commerce, data insights, and program management activities, leads strategic planning, and often makes chocolate chip banana bread for colleagues to enjoy (and sometimes her family and friends, too). Gasior was named an Arjay Miller scholar in Stanford’s MBA program, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago with a double-major in economics and statistics. If given a superpower, Kristen would probably want to have the ability to have unlimited superpowers – she likes having options.

Sialoren Spaulding, director of advertising for Farmers Insurance Group, is a marketing and advertising professional who has spent the better part of the last decade immersed in the study and practice of quality communication. As a former ad woman turned client, with both a bachelor’s and master’s in communication management, she has a breadth of experience in a variety of verticals, but is particularly well-versed in QSR, e-commerce, and financial services. Having spent time on both sides of the creative process, Spaulding is passionate about, and committed to, developing award-winning work that delivers for the business.

One of his companies, Global Media Productions, was acquired by TelAmerica Media, now Cadent Networks, where he briefly served as president in 1987-1988. In 2007, Gray raised an equity round from The Carlyle Group and HIG Capital, forming Media Property Holdings and Lead Generation Technologies, which operated a pay-per-call lead exchange in various verticals including legal tort, debt, and tax. Gray exited Media Property Holdings in 2012. Too young to retire, he created DRMetrix in 2012 to provide much needed insights and competitive data to the direct-to-consumer television industry.
