Registration and Pricing
Your PDMI West badge allows access to every facet of the event — from the meeting hall to educational sessions to networking events. PDMI members receive a discount on their badge purchase.
Online pre-registration for PDMI West closes on Friday, Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. EDT. Onsite registration at InterContinental San Diego will open at 10 a.m. PDT on Monday, Oct. 9, and at 8 a.m. on both Tuesday, Oct. 10 and Wednesday, Oct. 11.

Credit card paid registrations are processed by the PDMI's processing partner, Authorize.net — a Better Business Bureau A+ rated credit card processing service. Payments will appear on your credit card as "Definitive Media Group," the PDMI's management company.
Upon completion of this registration form, you will receive a registration confirmation email from the PDMI. In order to receive PDMI member pricing for PDMI West, your company must be a member in good standing at both the time of registration AND on the dates of the event. Should your membership lapse or otherwise lose good standing in the interim between registration and the event, you will be subject to a $200 charge that represents the full cost of a non-member registration the event.
Should the show organizer be forced to cancel the event due to health and safety reasons, all paid registrants will be offered the choice between rolling over their badge purchase to the next regularly scheduled PDMI multi-day, in-person event or to receive a full refund of their badge purchase, less a $25 administrative fee. Should registrants opt for a refund, refunds will be processed by the PDMI within 30 days of the cancellation announcement. For the PDMI's complete event badge refund policy, click here.
Online badge sales for PDMI East will conclude at 8 p.m. EDT on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023.
To pick up your pre-registered PDMI West badge on site, visit the event registration desk at InterContinental San Diego and present a photo ID and/or business card to our staff.
Badges and event wristbands that are lost on-site will be subject to a replacement fee equal to our onsite registration price: $495 for members/$695 for non-members.
