Credit card paid registrations are processed by the PDMI's processing partner, Authorize.net — a Better Business Bureau A+ rated credit card processing service.
All paid registration cancellations for PDMI events are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Requests for refunds must be received by PDMI staff via email at firstname.lastname@example.org per the dates indicated below:
Refund requests for PDMI West badges received by Sept. 23, 2019 are eligible for a full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee.
Refund requests received between Sept. 24, 2019 and Oct. 13, 2019 are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration and applicable event fees, minus the $25 cancellation fee.
There will be no refunds for requests made Oct. 14, 2019 or thereafter.
To pick up your pre-registered PDMI West badge on site, visit the registration desk outside the Grand Ballroom at Pendry San Diego and present a photo ID and/or business card to our staff.
Badges and wristbands that are lost on-site will be subject to a replacement fee equal to our on-site registration price: $295 for members/$395 for non-members.
