Onsite registration at InterContinental San Diego will open at 10 a.m. PDT on Monday, Oct. 19, and at 8 a.m. on both Tuesday, Oct. 20, and Wednesday, Oct. 21.

Registered attendees are emailed a link to book accommodations under the discounted PDMI room block rate at InterContinental San Diego. Our official hotel room block gives attendees convenient access to conference events, networking opportunities, and all the energy happening throughout the show. We’ve secured discounted rates exclusively for PDMI attendees, available for a limited time and based on availability. Booking within the block also helps support the association and keeps our event experience strong for future years.

Terms:

• A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. 

• Badged PDMI attendees receive a reduced hotel amenity fee of $10 per night, discounted from the standard $47 per night fee. 

• Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours before check-in. 

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will incur a one-night room and tax charge. 

• Guests who check out early or no-show may be charged a one-night early departure fee, plus taxes. 

• To avoid an early departure fee, notify the hotel of any changes to your stay on or before check-in.

• Discounted $38 self-parking per night

• Standard $66 valet parking per night (valet parking charges subject to change).
