Event Registration

Your PDMI East badge allows access to every facet of the event — from the meeting hall to educational sessions to networking events. PDMI members receive a discount on their badge purchase.

Credit card paid registrations are processed by the PDMI's processing partner, Authorize.net — a Better Business Bureau A+ rated credit card processing service.

In order to receive PDMI member badge pricing, your company must be a member in good standing at both the time of badge purchase AND on the dates of the event. Should your membership lapse or otherwise lose good standing in the interim between badge purchase and the event, you will be subject to a $200 charge that represents the full cost of a non-member badge to the event.

 

All paid registration cancellations for PDMI events are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

 

Requests for refunds must be received by PDMI staff via email at cust_svc@definitivemediagroup.com per the dates indicated below:

  • Refund requests received 45 days prior to the first day of a PDMI event are eligible for a full refund minus the $25 cancellation fee.

  • Refund requests received between 44 days and 35 days prior to the first day of a PDMI event are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration and applicable event fees, minus the $25 cancellation fee.

  • There will be no refunds for requests on or after 35 days prior to the first day of a PDMI event.

Should the show organizer be forced to cancel the event due to health and safety reasons, including the ongoing global pandemic, all paid registrants will be offered the choice between rolling over their badge purchase to the next regularly scheduled PDMI multi-day event or to receive a full refund of their badge purchase, less the $25 administrative fee. Should registrants opt for a refund, refunds will be processed by the PDMI within 21 days of the cancellation announcement.

Online badge sales for PDMI East will conclude at 5 p.m. EDT on Thursday, March 10, 2022.

To pick up your pre-registered PDMI East badge on site, visit the event registration desk at Eden Roc Miami Beach and present a photo ID and/or business card to our staff.

Badges and wristbands that are lost on-site will be subject to a replacement fee equal to our on-site registration price: $395 for members/$595 for non-members.
