A Safe, Effective, and Successful PDMI East
The PDMI is committed to a safe, in-person PDMI East: March 13-15 at Eden Roc Miami Beach.
The PDMI and Eden Roc Miami Beach remain focused on creating a safe networking environment (click here to access the hotel's health and safety protocols).
All PDMI East attendees are required to wear a mask while in the three indoor areas of Eden Roc Miami Beach that are part of PDMI East: the registration area, the meeting hall, and the educational theater. In the meeting hall only, you may remove your mask if you are actively eating food or drinking a beverage. Your mask must be replaced once you are finished.
In addition, all PDMI West attendees are strongly urged to wear a mask in all interior areas of Eden Roc Miami Beach. The PDMI will provide masks for all attendees in our show bags, as well as at stations near the meeting hall and education theater, and the entrance to each networking event.
Beyond these protocols, the event will follow the hotel’s, as well as all local and state regulations on masking, distancing, and vaccination that are in place at the time of the event (click here for the City of Miami Beach website and here for the Miami-Dade County website for regular updates). The two evening networking events are both scheduled to be completely outdoors and masking rules for these events will mirror local regulations for outdoor interaction.
