E-Commerce Council

Focused on all topics related to consumers shopping on an e-commerce platform.

The PDMI’s E-Commerce Council focuses on all topics related to consumers shopping on an e-commerce platform. Why are they there? How did they get there? How will they transact? And how can the merchant not only close the sale, but maintain them as a contact? Members of the council are merchants, platform builders and hosts, and vendors — all of whom share an expertise germane to the expanding e-commerce world, from payments to conversion metrics to fraud concerns, and more.
